How are your shoulders?

Do you carry the weigh of the world on them?
Do you have recurrent chest infections?
What is that you really want to get off your chest?
Are you ready and willing to start working on feeling better?
A Biodynamics consultation may be the key to finding the source of your pain!
Anni Meehan explains the theory behind Biodynamics
Biodynamic Psychotherapy and Massage is derived from the Norwegian concept that the psyche's true potential arises from the alignment of the body, mind and spirit.
The theory recognises the relationship between mind and body and embraces the cognitive, humanistic, biological and developmental approaches
Treatment includes one to one counselling sessions which can include Biodynamic massage
Any psychological distress can have an impact on your physical body
The Biodyamics therapist will work with whatever you bring to the session in an environment in which you can feel safe.
Biodynamic massage methods were developed to:
• Bring you relief from painful symptoms
• Support you to become conscious of how these symptoms may be related to your behaviour
Biodynamic methods can be applied to bone, muscle and skin at the levels which are best for you.
Treats:
• Stroke recovery
• Digestive problems
• Insomnia
• Eating disorders
• Domestic Abuse
• Addictions
• Depression
• Attitudes to food
• Anxiety and more....
Employers: If your people are having too many 'sick' days, I can work with you to get to the heart of the problem, restore mind/body fitness and encourage a healthy attitude to being at work
